We specialize in the management, service and support of mainly Microsoft Windows Systems. Our goal in this regard through Service Level Agreements, are to optimize every system for maximum productivity and reduced downtime. This is achieved by 24/7/365, remote monitoring of every clients system; combined with UNLIMITED support at a FIXED MONTHLY COST to our clients, which includes weekly site visits.

Our current client base range from the very small, to the medium sized network and systems. We are a Microsoft partner and have fully qualified MCSE experts on staff. Our employees have close on 12 years of individual experience, working with and supporting Microsoft products and systems.

We centre our business on the after sales market, where we are extremely focused on service and the continual maintenance of our client networks and systems. We deliver our SLA service on 3 Hour turnaround time and pride ourselves on the fact that we attend to all our client needs and problems with a 95% first time success rate.

Other areas of focus for our business are VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and IP-PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) systems.
